Stephanie practices law in the areas of civil litigation, including breach of contract and negligence claims, family law (including child support and child custody matters, and divorce), and criminal law.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Stephanie practiced as a registered occupational therapist in the Birmingham area. Here, Stephanie learned to make split second decisions and perform at her best in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.

Stephanie’s ability to navigate through the many complexities involved in health care helped drive her unquenchable thirst for knowledge and understanding, as well as facilitate the empowerment, empathy, and tenacity that she now uses to benefit clients in her legal practice. Her talent, skill, and appreciation for legal research and analysis make her a trusted resource for her fellow attorneys.

Stephanie graduated cum laude from the Birmingham School of Law with her Juris Doctor and was a member of the Judge Hugh Locke Honor Society.

Prior to attending law school, Stephanie graduated cum laude from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with her degree in occupational therapy.

Stephanie enjoys spending time in the mountains, hiking, searching for unique stones and artifacts, gardening, drawing, art, and traveling.
