Robert McNeill was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2020 and his practice includes Criminal Law, Civil Litigation and Divorce and Family law. Mr. McNeill is a talented and articulate research and drafter of legal documents; one such document resulted in a multi-million dollar settlement in a consumer deceptive practice case. His skill and abilities in drafting will be noted by clients of our firm and clients will find him as their primary contact in most Criminal and Civil Litigation matters.
Robert received his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law where he was a member and published author of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy. He is particularly knowledgeable on state and federal firearm regulations and how the two interact. Prior to law school, Robert obtained an M.S. in Secondary Education and a B.A. in History from Samford University.
When he is not working, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife, hunting, hiking, working on cars, studying history, and amateur radio.
